“I've always loved makeup and color growing up. It wasn't until I met Blythe that I realized it can be a career. I assisted her on a small theater show and then on an independent film. She taught me how to prepare for a job, professionalism on set and how to build characters with makeup. Her love and care for makeup and the project at hand was infectious. Her patience to teach me how to do makeup gave me confidence to continue no matter what. Her humor made stressful situations tolerable. She was the best teacher I could have.
